Images delivered through CMP galleries are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the athletes, teams, and organizations we serve. CMP retains copyright and the right to use select images for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
Team and organization clients may share images with athletes, parents, coaches, and administration for recruiting, social media, and personal use purposes.
We retain your inquiry and booking information for a period of two (2) years following your last interaction with us. After that period, we delete or anonymize your data unless a longer retention period is required by law.
